Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or payment requirements.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to operate the service.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee grading outcomes, resale prices, market performance, or buyer/seller results.

Card condition assessments and value tools are informational estimates, not professional appraisal or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
